Hello Parents,

All students that will be coming onto campus at our New Horizons Charter Academy Fair Ave location must take a COVID test weekly. In order for us to get this process started, all parents must register their child using the link below. This must be completed no later than Monday April 12th by 4:00pm in order for us to have enough time for us to generate their profile and allow for them to be tested. Testing for students planning to come to in person learning on the 19th of April will be tested on Wednesday April 14th or Thursday April 15th.
